Had a few fluctuating throttle issues recently so decided to check the TPS . The sensor is mounted at the rear of the throttle body and has a 3 pin connector with 3 wire cable going (i assume) to the ECU
A simple resistance check indicates 700 ohms resistance across the 'pot' but the 'wiper' (centre pin) is completely open. Do I have my culprit or is this not a conventional analogue potentiometer?
