Hi
Yesterday, my car began jerking after being started and the "D" (Drive) gear engaged. Restarting the car resolved the issue, and the jerking stopped.
Today, the car again began jerking after being started and the "D" gear engaged.
This time, a yellow warning appeared, indicating "Collision Detection Risk System Fault." After turning the car off, a red warning , displaying "Electric Traction System Fault: Stop Vehicle, See Onboard Documents."
The car's displays remained on , noway to turn if off, and the key fob was unable to lock the car(from outside).
The car's app reports the following faults:
Faulty Braking System
Faulty ESP/ASR (Electronic Stability Program/Anti-Slip Regulation)
Faulty Hand Brake System
Faulty Engine
After several attempts and half hour later , it was possible to turn the car off(display off). Then the car started normally, and no further errors have occurred.
I tested it very heavily, ABS was engaged, no issue.
It was very strange that the car could not be turned off and locked even some alarms are present. The display remained on and if so - the car cannot be locked from the FOB.
For me one of the ABS sensor in the wheel is suspicious , what do you think? Are there any other sensor for traction?
Also forgot: I cannot download the touch screen update 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0

With your car being under warranty it has to go back to the dealer to be fixed, doing anything yourself might invalidate the warranty.

Thais what I will do. I have to challenge them they so they do all required checks. I already sent email with all the details to Citroen Customer Care.PaulC5 wrote: 11 Feb 2025, 22:33 With your car being under warranty it has to go back to the dealer to be fixed, doing anything yourself might invalidate the warranty.
Last time I had C3 manual gear engaging issue, dealer said they found nothing. The car 'healed' itself, 200E less in my pocket.
Another example how dealers are not fair, my friend had problem with one module of the battery in his ev6 KIA, so what they did, they re-configured BMS to tell the car the 50% battery is now 100%. If he would not have deep knowledge of the battery/bms etc - he would end with the car having half range. He requested full report , they could not provide it to him, so he did not accept the repair. It took them 6 months to fix it.
