In September 2024 I bought a Citroen C4 "BlueHDi 130 S&S EAT8 Max" and after several months of having done a couple of "on air" updates I noticed that today the car's internal Wi-Fi no longer works, that is, once you click the relevant button with the Wi-Fi symbol it starts searching but cannot find any network and continues to spin endlessly, I would like to point out that in September when I received the car it worked perfectly, it was able to identify the networks present nearby and also that of my cell phone when I put it in hot spot mode. I took the car to an authorized Citroen dealer, they kept the car for a total of eight days but did not solve it, so I wanted to know if anyone else had had the same problem.

I have exactly the same problem,visited the dealer and they had a look but no resolution, they then checked whatever they check and said my car had 2 recalls outstanding 1 for software and 1 for boot catch, i had not been notified about these, car is due in to the dealer next week for software and boot catch. I hope this sorts out the wi fi it drives me mad to have something that does not work. Car is Citroen e c4 e series brand new in October 2024.
