2004 Citroen Dispatch 1.9 D Fuel Gauge

My 2004 Citroen Dispatch fuel gauge is stuck on full, I have started to take up the load bay floor to get access to it but I now think it may be accessed from under the front passenger seat, am I right ? Thanks in advance.

Dont think there is an access panel on the Dispatch, Drop the tank I'm afraid.
