Citroen c3 mk1 1.4 petrol

I’m just wondering if u can replace a the front left outta cv boot with out removing the whole drive shaft on a Citroen c3 mk1 1.4 petrol

If you stop the shaft coming out at the gear box end you should be able to replace the boot by using a stretch one or one that is split and is glued together. Obviously the wheel end of the shaft has to be undone from the hub if using a stretch one. I had to replace a cv boot large clip on our Cactus and found universal clips were not tight enough and ended up using a jubilee clip from Halfords and this has gone through a MOT without failing.
