DS5 sat nav charging

Unread post by Northernbloke »

Hi all

I have a 2016 facelift DS5 hybrid, the sat nav says "charging" i have tried downloading and installing the 2 available updates but when putting the memory stick in the car the touchscreen says the memory stick is empty or not compatible is there a way around fixing this please?

Thanks

1) Make sure you have the correct Firmware update (you haven't specified the version)
2) Make sure you have a FAT32 Formatted Memory Stick
3) Make sure you have extracted ONLY the file contents and NOT copied the Compressed Zip or RAR file to the memory stick, or the system will not recognise the update.
Please note, I'm no longer active on the Forum, so won't respond to messages.

Don't forget to close ds update (new window will open with instruction) and eject your memory stick from laptop properly using windows. This procedure is very important. Otherwise it might cause a problem with files on memory stic
