Citroen C5 Aircross Satnav?

Unread post by Maxr »

I bought a May 2024 C5 Aircross ex-demo from a Citroen dealer late in August 2024. The Citroen Services Store reports the car as having Services of 'Connect One PSA' , validity 03/01/2025 to 06/01/2035'. I think live traffic updates are still working on the built-in satnav - at least it reports roadworks fairly quickly. Does anyone know what PSA indicates? Thanks, Max

PSA may be - Peugeot S.A. group was Citroen, Peugeot, DS, Vauxhall, Opel until merged with Fiat, etc to give Stellantis.

DOn't get confused with the service offerings - 'Connect One' does not include Real Time Traffic or Navigation Services. Connect One is only a vehicle Health Monitoring Service - notifying you if there's something that needs attention, and also "Useful tips on how to reduce the consumption and drive more efficiently to optimize your journey"!

Real Time Traffic Service is only included free for 3 years.
Navigation (including speedcam alerts) is included free for 3 years, then £9.99 a month.

The Navigation element (maps) for earlier vehicles (circa 2023 and earlier) is free for life.
