Gentlemen, I have a problem with the EW10J4S engine. I'm experiencing a power drop issue. I've performed several compression tests, and the results vary every time (I used two different devices for the measurements).
I have a cone air filter installed, and the sound it produces is very loud. I tried installing the same cone filter on an identical engine, and it's much quieter.
In short, apart from the lack of power, there are no other issues. The car runs smoothly without any RPM fluctuations or similar problems, but it just lacks power.
