Ds3 radio wont save stations

My daughters just bought a 18 plate Ds3 she loves it but one thing that's wrong is the radio wont save any stations .
You can save a station on a preset and as soon as you pull the key out its gone the next time you turn it on . I've done all the factory resets but still nothing .
Dose any one know if the radio has a memory battery? . If so can I get a new one? .

Hello. By the look of it there is a problem with ''memory'' feed (constant+) You should check wiring at the back of your car stereo

Is this a factory fitted radio?
Yes, sounds like its missing its permanent live feed. Check fuses first.

I think that this model has "park shunt" which reduces battery drain when the car is parked for extended periods. This should be checked and moved to the client position if necessary. It is located in the dashboard fuse box inside the glovebox on RHD vehicles.
