Xsara Picasso 2006 2.0 HDi - engine power decreases while driving

Hello!
I am trying to repair a Citroen Xsara Picasso 2006, 2.0HDi. This car has a problem while driving, as the engine power falls (decreases)... I have to change speeds 5-4-3-2-1 then again 1-2-3-4-5.

Someone used a diagnostic tool on my car, so I get this error (no other errors appears):

P1521 - Clutch switch signal; consistency with vehicle speed

Could that switch cause this problem?

Personally I though this is the MAF sensor causing the problem, but now it is unclear to me if the clutch switch could cause the power to fall.
