Central locking issue

Got a weird issue with central locking the van won’t unlock with remote central locking but unlocks with key. The remote locking will then work after unlocked with the key this is to stop the alarm going off. When I get in van is sometimes says economy activated but battery is at 12.7 v so doubt it’s the battery. I’ve changed key fob battery and tried a reset but still nothing. Remote locking also works just after driving but if you go into shop by the time your back out it’s stops working again any ideas ?
