Hi all,
Bought my wife a Citroen C4 GP a few days ago, The black "touch Buttons" seem to need an excessive amounts of force to get them to register, is this Normal or has the previous owner been a bit of an animal with it? also, whilst she tried to get the heating to work, she touched the one that is for the Heat and fan to work and the dash all of a sudden lit up like a Christmas tree, the blower also has not worked since we bought it...
I know there are a lot of questions on this topic but any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it came from a dealer you should take it back to be fixed under the warranty.
The blower might be faulty (possibly moving its fan a bit might get it going) or its resistor pack or even the controller through the screen - a diagnostic should confirm. If there is nothing in the handbook about screen sensitivity, then give it a wipe but if this makes no difference then as a last resort you could replace the screen glass. The screen on our Cactus cracked after being hit by something so stopped working and I managed to get a new glass through ebay and noticed after fitting it the sensitivity improved.
