Hi there. My Citroen DS5 has developed an issue when using the two multidirectional switches to move backwards or tilt backwards. For a long while they intermittently failed where I would try to move the seat backwards and it would go forward. I’d wiggle it about a bit and it would eventually work as I needed. But in the last 2 days or so when trying to go backwards or tilt backwards the direction only goes forward. I’m sure too that the other directions are not acting as they should too but intermittently. I can use the memory to get it to move back half way but I’m a long leg and it won’t go back far enough for me to drive. If I could get the seat switch panel off the seat I could swap passenger and drivers just to get it to my position until I get it repaired. I can’t get the panel off though as the screw in the back of the seat is not releasing.. I’m waffling and in a mess so if anyone has some advice I would appreciate it.. Cheers,

Well before I did something drastic and remove the panel where the switches are set(the secret head was gone and I would have had to drill it out) I started the car and for some reason the seat went backwards. I did it, set it and left it so I can drive it. I hope to get a replacement for it if they exist!!!
