2011 Dispatch 1.6HDI injector correction values

Hi, can someone give some feedback on these injector numbers? Whats the correct spec? Chasing excessive sooty smoke under load when cold, and a slight engine pulsing/surging at steady higher revs on motorway cruising. But runs great.
2011 Dispatch 1.6HDi 9HU, 'not a car person' friend who owns the van says previous owner said it was 'chipped' or tuned, but no idea and no paperwork. this is a new issue after 4 years of of ownership, so probably not connected, but worth mentioning.
Well serviced, no fault codes logged on the Snap-on machine
