Peugeot 206 winter problem

Hi everyone i have this problem only at winter when it is outside -6,-10 deegres i can't open car from key fob,then no display turns on only on 2nd contact i hear bsi and wipers turn on and cotrol panel switch with lights i don't know what is problem.After few mins cetral lock is 'wake up' and its okay

Usual thing with electrical problems is to check the car battery voltage. Before the first start of the day the battery should be about 12.7 volts if fully charged. If less than about 12.5 volts it needs charging. The key fob battery might also need replacing.

Battery is new voltage is okay,battery on key fob is new also
