Tank cap doesn't open

Hello everyone

The tank cap on my vehicle won't open. I always have to pull on it to get it to open. as if it was stuck or the clasp wouldn't open. I also use the key to close and open the car but it still doesn't work.

Solved

I had to press hard several times so that the flap would eventually open normally.
