Citroen C4 picasso 2011 Abs fault c1381

The car has all the braking related indication lights , i used diagbox to read the faults and it has the c1381 recirculation pump power supply fault , i replaced the esp ecu and all the cables also the voltage regulator in the alternator , i checked all the fuses and relays , and check all the voltages . The fault disappears after i restart the car but comes back on when the car reaches 30 km/h ,
Before reaching 30 km/h both the esp and abs is working fine, i also ran the tests that diag box have and everything seems normal and i cleaned all the speed sensors .
If someone knows how to fix that please help cause citroen authorized service didnt !

Fault Code:	C1381
Description of Fault:	Recirculation pump supply fault : Short-circuit to positive, short-circuit to earth, open circuit. The test on the power supply of the pump is carried out every 20 seconds and after initialisation of the ESP ECU. Electrical fault in the pump (short-circuit to earth, short-circuit to positive, open circuit, fault in the relay or fuse)
Conditions for Fault to clear:	The test on the pump shows that is is correctly supplied by the ESP ecu
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Immediate cutting of all the speed control functions The electronic brakeforce distribution function is in down-grade mode Hill start assistance function inactive Switching of the electric parking brake to manual mode Switching on of the warning lamp and/or warning message: ESP/ASR indicator lamp ABS indicator lamp Electric parking brake automatic functions deactivation warning light SERVICE indicator lamp Warning lamp for handbrake, brake fluid level and brakeforce distribution malfunction STOP warning light

@GiveMeABreak i did replace the cables , it has all voltages , battery voltage is constant 13.4 , all the fuses are good and i cleaned all connectors, after i drove the car to citroen SFA service they changed the harness to the bsi and that cause a no communication errors with the ecu and the electrical power steering after calibration everything worked fine even the abs and esp faults were gone for about 25 km and then as the car slipped and the esp activated everything lit up again

Ok, so all I can tell you what the fault means. If it is still presenting with the fault then there is another issue that is causing the same problem.

Cleaning the connector plugs is often not sufficient - you need to also check the actual pins in the connectors (Male & Female parts of the connector) to ensure that one or more pins is not loose or making intermittent contact. Do the same at the other end.

Sorry for the late reply i spend the last days cleaning and re assembling connectors nothing works i even tried deleting the faults the ca does 30 metres and everything lights up again

I can only suggest that something isn't right with the recent work if this has happened since. If there is a fault with one or more ABS wheel sensors then a diagnostic will report this assuming there's comms with the ESP ECU - but as per the fault code above if there's a fault in the ESP module itself, then that's likely to be internal and may need to be further checked.

Thanks for trying to help i already replaced the esp ecu and all the speed sensors work properly
