Turbo operation /control info needed

Hi Marc, do you have any thing on the turbo for my C5 . I am seeing 100% open cycle ratio on the turbo and I need to understand what this means. I assume it is a fault in the solenoid but I am not sure. Any information you can give me I would appreciate. I have looked at the OCR on the Peugeot 508 and it has 48%. It runs lovely so I think it might be part of the problem with the C5.
