Hi all, new to Citroen, I have a 2016 '66'plate C4 grand picasso exclusive+ and am wondering if carplsy/android auto can be activated or not? Vin number is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

You have the SMEG system which did not support the old Mirror Link, so will not Support Android Auto as it's too new for the SMEG system you have.
CarPlay may or may not be supported, but this will depend on the version of the unit you have, which I can't advise as earlier units of SMEG could not be upgraded. So you may need to look elsewhere for an aftermarket unit that supports this version of SMEG or check with the dealer to see if this version can be enabled for CarPlay - they should be able to advise you.
