hiya chaps ,tried a search but it missed out stuff i put in to help the search....anyway nemo van 13 plate 1.3hdi ,might someone have torque setting for pulley crank bolt please as i cant keep up with different numbers on google ,cheers steve

As far as I can find
bolts (Timing gear / Crankshaft)
Tightening 5 daNm (=50 Nm)
Angular tightening 75°
Remember that the bolt must not be re-used.

If you post your VIN admin may be able to look up the torque setting.

I've been restoring classic cars at home for over 30 years and come across some nasty problem bolts but trying to stop pulley turning......... anyway made this tool from 8mm flat bar and it was so tight with 24 inch break bar it came on done.......was hoping to post a pic of my diy tool incase its helps anyone ,cheers steve

hiya lads , before taking of crank pulley and oil pump drive ,should i have locked cams and flywheel? cheers steve

well been googlin my eyes out , looks like i should have locked it up , so hopfully when kit comes rotate flywheel until pin drops in hole ,then turn cams until flats appear, bolt up and couple of turns with ratchet ,sounds good on paper dont it.......
