If anyone can provide perhaps a video, thecnical survive manual or a step by step guide of removing and replacing it I would be thrilled. Also, the problem is that it realy doesent like me using the windows and when I try to close them it's a battle whit the buttons, only for them to go back down afterwards.

The switch just lifts out, prise it up at the ends with a screwdriver, then it can be dismantled and cleaned inside, the problems are usually caused by water and dust inside., Plenty available on Ebay if yours is beyond repair.

The most likely problem is dirt on the contacts. I had this happen on my first C5 (in that some of the functions didn't work), and I managed to access the circuit board (and the rubber membrane), carefully cleaned them up, re-assembled them, and the windows worked properly after that.

Update, I managed to do everything, but I made a mistake , I put in the mirror selector for adjustments back in, whiteout the main case and now I can't remove it. Do I need a special technique or just pry it out
