does anyone know what wires to unlock and lock the doors on the central locking module as I am trying to add remote locking with this one below

The Saxo uses a negative pulse trigger for the central locking, you need to configure your controller to negative pulse.
Probe an earthed test lamp into each of the wires on the central locking in turn, when you touch the correct wires the doors will lock/unlock.
