Citroen c3 gearbox oil

I drive a Citroen c3 a5hm01 2016 automatic. Been good for two years. Recently the gear changing has become an issue. It might remain in gear one no matter how you rev the car.

Mechanic suggested l change the gearbox oil for the car. The problem is we are not sure which gearbox oil is specific to this car.

Can someone help with the gearbox oil that suits this car .

What is a VIN. Where do I find it

The VIN is the Serial number of your car. It has 17 letters and numbers. You can find it on the registration document or it can be seen through the windscreen (from outside) at the bottom left hand side.
