Hi
I have managed to diagnose the complete failure of the drivers side interior heating on our car (thankgod it wasnt the HVAC flaps) and have bought the radiator for it. Is there a specific way to bleed the coolant on a 2.0 HDI after replacing this?
All help gratefully received!
Many thanks
Paul

I don't know if there's a specific procedure for your engine but I simply pushed in through from the expansion tank last I dropped my radiator.
Disconnect the small leakback hose from the expansion tank and stick in into a clean suitable container to collect what flows out.
Find a means to plug the hole in the tank where the hose came off from, remember to has to fit tightly as you'll be pressurerizing the coolant system.
Fill the expansion tank with coolant and push it through using a tool like this one:

You'll most likely have to refill the expansion tank several times, but just reuse what dripped into the leakoff pipe container.
You may also have to start the engine and put the heat on fully to allow coolant to flow thru the heater matrix.

Many thanks.
I've ordered a draper vacuum kit which looks to have been reviewed better than the low priced stuff on eBay etc.
Will give it a go soon
