Car will not turn off

I drive my car with the heater on full blast when I come home I pull on the drive the car will not turn off . If I leave it running on my drive for 10 minutes then it will turn off this only happens when the heater is full on if it’s turned up half way I don’t have a problem. Had the battery checked nothing wrong with it . Changed the battery in the fob still will not turn off . Plugged in to a computer for to check everything comes back clear

Strange one, is this a regular bladed key ignition or a push button start?
When you say it wont turn off if you then switch the heaters off will it now turn off or do you still have to wait 10 minutes?

I suspect for this unusual way of using the heating system (instead of letting the climate control keep the right temperature) that it's getting too hot (motor / resistor / wiring so may be refusing to cut off until it's cooled down?
