Ds3 radio crackles

Hi my 2015 ds3 with nav screen .. somtimes crackels like above the sound like a speaker loud.. sound like a loose joint somewhere .. it’s not radio tuning it’s like an amp speaker problem to me .. as any one had anything like it that can help it’s only now and again it happens .. thanks john

Sounds like some interference (bad earth for example), so may need to check aerial and or speaker connections as well as ensuring the connectors at the back of the unit including the pins and are secure.
