P1AE7 Switch of the traction battery : Internal fault

My 3008 throws message "Engine need to be repair" or some.
By Lexia I have read the error code P1AE7 in Traction Battery ECU.
It is "Switch of the traction battery : Internal fault" reason.
Early (2 years ago) it happends first and I check relays and got the resistanse of charging relay (OMRON G9EB) was about 35 ohm instead 72.
I replaced this relay. It was ok.
Then, 3 month ago it happend again.
New relay I can not find because OMRON dont produce it now.
So I have insert fast mini relay before OMRON, add parallel resistor to get 72 ohm and this relay controlles the OMRON attached to 12V - all was Ok and I used the car.
But now all resistance is Ok, relay works, nothing problem with electric in switch block but... P1AE7 is thrown. and also P1AE4 sometimes.
Where it can be problem? Battery ECU?
Can anybody give me ECU schema?
Or may be some good man exec this problem already?
