Whistling noise after tyre change

Anyone had a similiar "problem", after Michelin Alpin 7 winter tyres mounting on DS 7, suddenly whistling noise coming up after 50 km/h and above?
Just like wind noise, high pitched...

I know DS don't have a recommended 'Winter' tyre officially for your 19" 235 50 DS 7 wheels - they only provide ones for 18". That's not to say you can't get them, but maybe that's something you'll have to live with given the design of the tread / brand of tyre.

Had problem with spacers on rear axle, later there was recall so they replaced both in warranty. The noise was similar to whistling from brakes.
