My citroen app not updating.

Hi I'm new here and have an e-c4.
The MYCITROEN app will not update on vehicle status and stays on 21/11/2024 showing 57 mile range. I have downloaded all the vehicle updates onto usb stick and successfully installed them to the car. This has made no difference to the status of the app. Does anyone else have this problem or know of a resolution? I am getting no response from the customer contact option in the app. It's very annoying.

You won' be the first - this is something that needs to be fixed by the app developers to be honest. Report it to your dealers - as only then will they feed it back to Head Office that may result in the issues being recorded.

The app is nowhere near the best or perfect, there was an update a few months ago that fixed quite a few problems.
I have the app running with Android 14. It does however, ask occasionally, for me to resign into the app account.
You could try to either,
  • clear the MyCitroen App cache in your phone, means you will have to relink it to your account/car.
  • Just uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall it.
If these two options fail, it could be your car.
