No sound on ng4

Hi, i have a problem with my ng4, there is no sound on radio, after factory reset sound will appear but then i turn of engine and turn on again sound disappears, after factory reset sound appears again and will be until i turn of engine, can anyone help that to do?

How old is the car battery?
Have you made any modifications?
HAs the unit started to restart itself?

No modifications was made, unit doesnt restart by itself, just then i turn on engine there is no sound, and then i do factory reset sounds apear and will be until i turn of engine,i dont know how old is battery, i bought car 3 days ago (peugeot 3008, 2012years)

1) I would first get the battery tested - (it may be starting the car but if older than 5 years it will have lost capacity to hold a charge).
2) If you have replaced the vehicle battery make sure you do a BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure

This can often cure electrical faults and should be followed before disconnecting the car battery to avoid electrical problems.
