Citroen C5 MK1 - problem with speedometer flashing

I would like to say hello to everyone and describe my problem. On the speedometer the green LEDs are flashing, it doesn't matter if the car is driving or stationary. I only have the petrol level, temperature and battery charge permanently illuminated. The rest can flash like disco or not illuminate. I have checked all diodes - ok, resistors - ok, soldered with lead tin all components - no change. Below is a video of the flashing and pictures of the meter. Thank you in advance for your help.

Best to upload pictures directly to the Forum, using the Full Editor & Preview Button, Attachments options, as it saves people having to navigate away from the Forum each time they want to view a picture.
