Cold Air

Hello everyone Cold air is coming from the front right of my vehicle. The heat exchanger was replaced last year. can it break again so quickly?

Quite possibly the motorised vent flaps that control the airflow are stuck, either a failed motor of more probably broken gearing or the flap itself has warped and jammed.

How would I get to the flaps? Do I have to dismantle the dashboard?

Couldn't say on yours but that is pretty much the way.
Try a BSI reset, which worked on my C5. Or perhaps you can see the flap through the vents and maybe give it a push with some stiff piano wire of similar.

When Marc sees this he may have a diagram for you that will show access to it.
