Can someone pls advise me, I have just fitted genuine set of rear park sensors to my peugeot boxer 2022, I have it booked into dealer to have them to program last bit, telling bsi it has them, they've called me to say they can't do this because the kit has to be ordered matched to bsi, surely if genuine kit this should be able to be done by them, but they are adiment it can't be done, so I've spent 320 on kit that is no use? I didn't get any instructions with kit but was easy and all plugged into loom etc. Can anyone help.me with getting some instructions incase there's a fuse i need to fit as well?
Many thanks James

Re: Park sensor help
They are correct.
Just because it's 'genuine kit', that's irrelevant as it has to be the correct part number for the telematics / head unit system used in your vehicle and they are all different. These can be fitted with Ford systems or PSA systems, there are different head units and different parking assistance ECUs.
So you'd have to have ordered the correct ECU and wiring components to match the vehicle's systems and PSA won't code your equipment as a rule, unless you have ordered the approved correct equipment for liability reasons if anything causes future problems.
If you have your VIN I can at least see what you have fitted at factory. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.
