Citroen C5 2012 2.2HDI automatic transmission

The problem with automatic transmission is only when the car is in first gear in stop/start. It doesn't happen always, but when it does it's annoying. For instance while waiting at crossroad lights or inside city in slow traffic, when I want to start it kind of jumps, feels like some other vehicle hit from the back.
When driving it changes gears perfect.
The car has now 270000, I don't know if the automatic transmission has ever been changed.
At Citroen dealer they told me they don't have the machine to change the oil.
