IVI System Wifi Problem (Astra L)

Hello friends,

I am trying to activate wifi in the IVI system in my 2023 Opel Astra Gs vehicle but it is not working. Can someone with the authority to query check if there is wifi in my vehicle? If not, can you provide the wifi module code required to add it?

Sorry, we do not support Vauxhalll vehicles, regardless if the technology is the same, because they use different VIN codes that we do not subscribe too so cannot provide assistance with.

They were not accepting new accounts recently whilst they migrate systems over to Stellantis, but you realise access chargeable now and certain conditions have to be met for accounts? They're not accepting personal accounts any longer from what I can tell. But I can tell you support is seriously lacking at present and don't expect to hear back any time soon.

In the meantime your dealer should be able to confirm if you have WiFi enabled in your vehicle.
