Hi I have a Citroen ds5 Airdream D Style e-HDi Semi-Auto 2015.

Does anyone know the timing belt interval change for this car? I can hear what seems like slight squeaking sound on startup and worried it may be timing belt.

I'm currently on 97k miles. I haven't owned it long maybe 2 years, but I have a slodge of paperwork of work it's had to it handed to me by previous owner.

I managed to find paperwork for a timing belt and water pump replacement in July 2020 at approx 60k miles.

Surely the car wouldn't be due another timing belt change yet would it?

10 years or 112k miles whichever is soonest.

The timing belt change intervals are for Citroen parts. If other parts are used it is possible they have a different interval so I would look at the paperwork to see if it shows what was used. You could check the aux belt to see if that needs replacing and its pulleys.
