Went to local garage and they scanned the car and the following errors showed (please see attached).
P.S. They tried resetting the errors but they kept coming back...

Car in limp mode (P1445)
My car's engine light came on suddenly whilst I was at the traffic light.
Went to local garage and they scanned the car and the following errors showed (please see attached).
I'm supposed to be travelling to Scotland this Friday and I am not sure if I will be able to fix this in time. Any help is greatly appreciated!

According to our Irish friend "saint" O'Riley, with his exact words "this code means the filter is supposed to be changed due to age and amount of fluid ran through it. this can be fixed without removal". He can't physically afford it anymore with 100-200 calls per day.They call him even from Afghanistan and Pakistan to make diagnoses by phone. 
Looks like you have to check differential pressure on DEF if it is blocked and other diagnoses stuff like additive pouch and pump if there is any.
