Best way to syphon fuel from 2016 c4 picasso?

Car is probably getting written off after accident. What's the best way to get diesel out of this model?

You could always try putting a small diameter hose down the filler pipe and then sucking on the end of it so some fuel comes up and then dropping this end to a level below the tank and the fuel will syphon out. You will need a few containers and if the hose and containers cost more than the fuel then it might not be worth it. Rather than your mouth, use a syringe or similar to suck on the hose.

A 2016 model car will almost certainly have an anti-syphon device in the neck of the filler.

To bypass the anti-siphon, you may be able to fit a suitable piece of hose to the fuel line after the pump and turn on the ignition. Pump will run at ignition on without starting the engine.

I had to remove Petrol from the fuel tank on my Diesel C5 on the side of the road.
I disconnected the fuel line from the input side of the fuel filter, and placed into the neck of a small bottle (Pop) , then switched the ignition on and off repeatedly until enough was removed, (Full tank to ¼ tank), took about an hour, but it worked and got me on the road again .
