406 how do you disable the passenger airbag ??

406 how do you disable the passenger airbag ??

My 406 P reg exec has twin airbags, does anyone know how to disable the passenger airbag. later 406s have a key switch in the centre console to do this, how can I fit this to my 406.
Can anyone help.....Thanks
