A wossname

Can anyone tell me the name for this part? It sits at the front edge of the rear wheel arch on my daughter's 2008 C1. I had to remove it to repair rust in the sill and I have lost the grommet into which the securing screw for securing this part fits. I can't search for a new one because I don't know what the part is called (arch liner, mud flap, arch protector, none of these bring it up on eBay)

That will be the left or right under engine Air Deflector.

Part no.80 on the attached screenshot looks like it would do the same job. Would you agree?

(80) is used with (70) to secure it.
