Software updates

Hi I have a 14 plate C4 Picasso Exclusive Airdream e-HDI 1.6 115 and have just had it fault diagnosed by an ex Peugeot dealership mechanic but he cannot do the updates. Report said needs software updates Now does anyone Near Evesham in Worcestershire have the equipment to do this for me please?

You likely need to download the software from the dealer's systems which are behind a paywall, as it will need a valid login to access the software and that's likely why your mechanic can't do it as he no longer has the access. Either that or get the dealer to do it at a service.
