Peugeot 5008 2011 Auto transmission

Hi everyone.

This is my first Peugeot ever , 5008 Automatic 2.0 HDI and I would like to replace the transmission fluid ,

Any chance someone could tell me the correct oil spec for this transmission?

Hi, what kind of transmission do you have? To my knowledge these cars had 6 speed AISIN automatic transmission (type AM6C / 2231S1). If so, your recommended oil is Total Fluidmatic LV MV (or Peugeot original ordering number 9734R7).

Trans oil capacity is 7 litres, but by draining it you usually get out around 3 litres. I can double check by your VIN number, if you want to send it to me.

In a PM he can break the masking by adding a space into the VIN.

Ok, so you nave an AM6C, Euro 5, so require JWS 3324 Transmission fluid equivalent to AW1.

Alan smith do their own JWS 3324 for crica 30 quid for 5L haven't managed to find it anywhere cheaper
