I have just bought a used Citroen C3 2018 Puretech 110 hp.
I notice that when the car is locked from the outside, the lock light continues blinking inside.
Is that normal?
I have read the manual, but was unable to find any info about that light.

Yes, this is normal. It's in your owner's manual.
