Gearbox fault repair needed (intermittend)

Hi all

Appreciate any help

So out of the blue my car over the span over 3 days has given me 3x this fault
The diagnostics device used didn't get any faults recorded on system
1st time it wouldnt go into any R or A gear

Waited a few minutes and I could drive off

Same thing the other two times this fault popped up.

Now today when I was driving 1st gear and really slow rolling pretty much i heard like a grawling noise this disappeared when speeding up a tiny bit and no issues or noises with gears after

Now im not sure what to do

Did any of you experience this before,

Not sure of clutch

It drives fine its only when starting the car it comes up intermittendly.

I saw this post and made a lot of sense to me as my baby has been in my front seat mocking about

Im going to have a diagnostics done at merrytyre and see if any code comes up
