After bypassing AGR - Lexia read 100% open

Hi,

every try to bypassing the AGR Valve by using a blindplate on different positions (11) or (17) lexia reading 100% opening AGR Valve.

Some negativ effects for the Engine?

If i open the System on Position (25), AGR Value goes to 0%

From where get the ECU this AGR Position info?

my used plates are without holes - without MIL

Maybe i make a small hole inside, but than its not closed completly.

i have C5II 2.0hdi /RHR

Please don't ask for help or advice on disabling emissions systems on this Forum as it's not legal and we don't allow it here.

Expect problems if you have done this as the engine management system is designed to work with these systems intact. Always repair or replace.
