06 CC$ HDI - Fuse box relay clicking

Hi

I seriously need help, there is little to now qualified tech in My city in South Africa that know Citroens and the ones that do, wont touch them.

I have a 2006 C4 HDI, Last week Engine cut out while driving and no start after. Prior to this happening, the Anti polution warning came on, so did the Airbag deflation, so did the seat belt warning, engine management warning, the big STOP warning.

Tried starting. no luck. swapped battries with a new one and it started, ran fopr a bit then died again.

There is a voltage drain when the car is off, and when I turn on the ignition there is a relay klicking noise in the fuse box that irradic.

I took it to a mechanic, they picked up that the ABS pump was faulty, they changed that, the the fuse box started clicking again, they fitted 2 donor fuse boxes, but its still doing the same thing.

now I have a paperweight, PLEASE and help would be appreciated.

Have you confirmed what the charging voltage is at the battery with the engine running?
Everything you are saying is sounding like the battery is not being charged.
How ever its such a basic check that i would have expected any half decent mechanic to have checked??
