DS4 Heaters not hot

DS4 Heaters not hot

Issue with the heaters not getting very hot. Only very mildly warm.
Want to check the heater matrix, can anyone tell me how to access it? I'm guessing its in the centre console area?

I suggest you get it serviced and get a coolant flush and check, as there's not much you can do with the matrix itself apart from removing it - but you'll flood the car without draining the coolant system in any case, so may as well just get the system serviced in any case.

I had issues with my DS9 blowing cold on one side, almost everyone suspected it would be the heater matrix. I took it in to the dealer, they got a new heater matrix and it didnt solve the problem. The problem was something else but they didn't tell me what. Like GMAB suggests it's probably best to get it serviced.
