some poeple have done their own clutch on the driveway to save money, it can take a couple of days if your unfamilier with the car and how it comes apart,if you need it done quicker take it to a citroen specialist or mr clutch/kwik fit or whatever and part with about 400 quid...you decide

I've done a Xantia clutch it took about 3 days, but thats really 2 half days and a few hours rather than 3 full days. If had I it to do again, I'd probably do it myself but I don't think I'd take as long doing it, and I definately wouldn't pour the gear oil on the garage floor again...
It'll cost you £200 ish on top of the parts for you to get a garage to do it for you.

I took my 2L 8v manual to my local inderpendent Citroen Specialist, and they charged me £105 including cable for the job. It was a proper Citroen cable they used too.

ripsaw82, where is that specialist and whats their labour charge? only gsf lists a clutch for the 2.0 8v as 79 quid which is likly to cost more at the dealer and the job should take a good 4-5 hours
