Veeeery interesting.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Inside every old person is a young person wondering what the hell happened.

Its made by a Dutch company called Jifeline, other companies Like Hella then Licence it & rebrand it. There are a few other UK companies that sell it.
Basically they are in an office where they have dealer tools such as ODIS, FDRS, Diagbox etc. The interface is then a remote connection from your car to the dealer tools remotely. They can then do diagnostic & programming work as if they were next to the car.
You dont actually see what is going on, its basically just a chat box on your screen where you talk to the operator & they get you to do things like turn ignition on/off etc.
For a garage it's a great piece of kit but for a DIYer not really feasible. Cheapest i have seen it is £900 for the main unit then you also have to pay per job. Price per job varies depending on what the job is. Just looking at a random Berlingo you are talking.

New BSI Coding £87.50
Coding a new ABS module £67.50
Key programming £37.50 (extra if you dont have the PIN code)
AdBlue tank coding £77.50
