Citroen Nemo Issues

Hi guys ive recently brought a 14 plate nemo with 130k on , has had new engine but when started the engine will idle but the accelerator is unresponsive, yet if you turn the ignition on wait for the glow plugs and give it around 5 seconds it will start sound a little rough but the accelerator is them responsive. I have had a local mechanic look at it and has changed most things and sensors he thought it could be but has not come up with a solution. Obviously happy that i know how to start and run it but would like to have it fixed. Has anyone come across this or any suggestions?

The best thing to do with that is have a Diagbox session and see what it throws up. There is a list of members with the kit who are prepared to help and there is one member pretty close to you.
